Job Summary
General Manager – General Manager InTraining at P. Terry’s Burger Stand seeks a passionate, people-first leader to hire, train, and develop top-performing teams; drive daily restaurant operations and sales; ensure food safety and equipment upkeep; lead BOH and FOH; build community engagement; and foster a positive culture. Candidates should have 2–3 years of GM experience in a fast-paced setting, bonus points for drive-thru exposure, and be capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working long shifts. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
- Drive-thru experience is a big plus
- A hands-on leadership style with the energy to lead from the front
- A people first mindset with a competitive spirit and “can-do” attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds and work on your feet for long shifts (up to 10 hours)
- Able to bend, stretch, and reach for objects at various heights
