Job Summary
General Manager in Training role at P. Terry’s Burger Stand. Lead restaurant operations and build a strong team by hiring, training, and developing managers and crew; drive sales and daily performance; ensure food safety, cleanliness, and equipment upkeep; lead both back-of-house and front-of-house teams; cultivate community engagement and a positive culture. Requires 2–3 years GM experience in a fast-paced environment; drive-thru experience is a plus; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. Required Qualifications
- 2–3 years of General Manager experience in a fast-paced environment
