Job Summary
Lead restaurant operations as General Manager (GM) or GM In Training at P. Terry’s Burger Stand. Build and sustain a strong crew culture, hire/train/develop managers and team members, drive daily operations to achieve sales and profitability targets, ensure food safety and cleanliness, and foster community engagement. Must be a hands-on leader with the energy to manage both BOH and FOH; 2–3 years GM experience in a fast-paced environment; drive-thru experience a plus; bilingual English/Spanish a plus; physically capable of lifting up to 40 pounds and working long shifts (up to 10 hours). Ready to grow with a values-driven, people-first culture and participate in ongoing leadership development."
