Job Summary
Lead Miller Creek Lawn & Landscape with full P&L responsibility, overseeing the Directors of Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment with company vision and profitability targets. Drive execution of long-term strategic initiatives through weekly planning sessions, establish performance standards, and integrate cross-departmental goals while holding senior leaders accountable to measurable KPIs. Manage hiring, onboarding, and termination for executive roles, conduct field observations to reinforce safety and quality compliance, and optimize operational capacity by monitoring labor efficiency and fleet utilization. Ensure revenue growth meets annual targets, protect pricing integrity, and maintain sustainable liquidity through rigorous financial oversight and corrective actions.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in landscaping, construction, or related field
- 5+ years in senior executive leadership (multi-department oversight)
- Proven experience managing senior leaders (managing managers)
- Strong financial acumen with direct P&L responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to scale operations and build high-performing teams
- Valid Driver's License
- MN DOT Medical Card
