Job Summary
General Manager at MilkShake Factory responsible for both front- and back-house operations, ensuring seamless workflows, top-notch merchandising, impeccable sanitation, and an unbeatable customer experience. Lead HR activities, staff training and coaching, and retention strategies; craft efficient schedules and manage labor costs; contribute to budgeting and financial planning; oversee inventory control, food safety, waste reduction, and equipment maintenance; drive sales through consumer-value techniques, brand advocacy, and effective merchandising; maintain POS systems and uphold security protocols while delivering strong leadership and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated leadership ability with at least five years of experience in a customer-facing sales setting; Strong track record of creating an amazing customer experience while managing retail or restaurant teams, brands, operations, and financials; Availability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays; College degree preferred (experience may substitute)
