Job Summary
General Manager – Miami Distribution & Warehouse leads on-site warehouse, production, and distribution operations in Miami, balancing hands-on presence with data-driven oversight. Responsible for safety, SOP adherence, inventory accuracy, production flow, and continuous improvement using KPIs and audits. Oversees two satellite stores’ operations, indoor sales and customer service, and ensures compliance with OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, EPA, RCRA, and HMR. Leads and develops the local team, recruits and onboards staff, ensures training and performance management, and maintains a professional standard of customer service and operational excellence. Oversees the use of Comcept WMS, site audits, and corrective actions, and collaborates with HR on staffing and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- 5+ years of hands-on operations, warehouse, or distribution leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of SOP enforcement, safety, and compliance
- Experience using KPIs and systems to manage performance
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
- Experience in regulated environments (hazmat, DOT, warehouse operations)
