Job Summary
General Manager responsible for driving top-line sales and managing labor and costs in a high-volume, full-service Latin American restaurant. Leads cross-functional teams (Business Strategy, Experience Curator, People Champion, Leadership Guru), partners with the Chef de Cuisine and Bar Manager to deliver a scratch culinary menu and industry-leading beverage program, and cultivates a luxurious, guest-focused atmosphere. Key duties include hiring/training, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, overseeing labor and cost controls, and developing leaders to sustain growth. Requires 3-5+ years of restaurant management experience; Food Manager Certification; Bachelor's degree or hospitality/culinary certification preferred; E-Verify participation. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
