Job Summary
Lead the dining services operation as Food Service Director/GM at McLennan Community College in Waco, TX. Responsible for instituting cycle menus and recipes, overseeing purchasing, scheduling, bookkeeping, customer/client relations, food preparation, sanitation, and overall operation results. Requires 3+ years in a food service management role with strong leadership, catering management experience, POS proficiency, and excellent communication. The role focuses on building a high-performing dining program in a busy campus/contract dining setting with opportunities in hospital, school, college, senior living, or corporate dining contexts; and emphasizes team-building, recruitment, retention, and leveraging technology to optimize service and presentation.
