Job Summary
General Manager responsible for financial management, operational leadership, guest satisfaction, and brand representation at Mercure Hai Phong. Responsibilities include analyzing monthly P&L and financial reports, developing and managing departmental goals, ensuring compliance with audits and health and safety regulations, evaluating guest needs and competitive positioning, maintaining owner relations, and personally welcoming key accounts. Requires minimum 5 years GM experience in a premium or midscale hotel (preferably in Vietnam), strong knowledge in rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and F&B services, and proficiency in English with a Bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager in a premium or midscale hotel
- Bachelor degree is required
- Proficiency in English
- Strong knowledge in rooms, sales & marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, and food & beverage services
- Ability to develop, implement, and manage operational department goals; conduct daily management briefings
- Experience in evaluating guest needs and maintaining owner relations
- Demonstrated leadership and team development abilities
