General Manager- Merced

General Manager—Merced responsible for effectively marketing, managing, and producing profit for the assigned mall property and four additional retail properties. Leads the on-site mall team, oversees property financial metrics (budgets, CAM reconciliations, expense reporting), supervises staff, manages vendor relationships, resolves tenant/customer issues, and collaborates with EVP of Property Management to improve tenant satisfaction, efficiency, and profitability. Requires strong communication, problem-solving, analytical skills, and experience in property management with a bachelor’s degree and extensive CRE background; real estate license preferred. Emphasizes collaboration, training, and a commitment to competitive pay and development.
