Oversee all aspects of operations for Men In Kilts, driving strategic growth and ensuring high-quality exterior cleaning service delivery. Provide visionary leadership to a team of technicians, coordinators, and support staff while managing financial health through budgeting and cost control. Build strong client relationships and ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards. Develop strategic plans for market expansion and enhanced service offerings to maintain our standard of excellence in the home exterior cleaning industry.
