Job Summary
General Manager responsible for ensuring cleanliness and friendly service at Hilton Garden Inn Cleveland Downtown. Oversees daily supervision of team, onboarding of new hires, daily auditing and reporting, adherence to brand standards, inventory and purchasing processes, safety and preventative maintenance, and coaching for exceptional guest experiences. Drives guest satisfaction, maintains high standards of cleanliness, ensures staff follow procedures, and leads communication and leadership initiatives to foster a welcoming, efficient hotel operation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must meet legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (at select properties)
- Valid Driver's License
- Willing to work varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, holidays
