Job Summary
General Manager responsible for ensuring cleanliness and friendly service in the Residence Inn hotel in Pompano Beach. Oversees daily operations, supervision of managers and team members, onboarding and training, scheduling, audits, and reporting. Ensures adherence to brand standards and quality assurance, maintains guest satisfaction, safety, preventative maintenance, inventory and purchase-order processes, and coaching for staff development. Requires strong leadership, communication, and hospitality-focused problem-solving with a track record in hotel operations and guest service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree Preferred
- A valid Driver's License
- Experience in supervisory roles in hospitality
- Must be 18 years or older (age requirement)
