Job Summary
General Manager – Heidelberg Marriott Hotel: Lead a flagship, international hotel in Heidelberg, overseeing commercial performance, operational excellence, guest satisfaction, and talent development. Drive revenue growth through strategic leadership, leverage Marriott’s sales, distribution, and loyalty platforms, and manage owner relationships. Build and inspire a high-performing Executive Committee, foster accountability and inclusion, and translate Marriott’s strategic priorities into actionable hotel-level initiatives. Maintain brand standards, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and balance short-term performance with long-term growth while engaging with owners, guests, and associates. German language proficiency is essential; previous experience in premium upscale international hotel environments and end-to-end refurbishment is advantageous.
