Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence for efficient service. Manage food cost, scheduling, hiring, and ordering, delivering great customer service both in-store and via delivery. Uphold all laws, regulations, and guidelines to create an atmosphere that patrons and employees enjoy. Coordinate staff effectively and utilize management software to support daily functions. This role requires previous restaurant management experience, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Founded in 1978, we serve authentic Italian-style pizza and offer competitive compensation, a bonus plan, and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge, and the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
- Great leadership skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate a staff
