Job Summary
Ensure the restaurant is fully and appropriately staffed at all times while maintaining operational excellence and adhering to all laws and regulations. Manage food cost, scheduling, hiring, and ordering, alongside delivering great customer service in-store and through delivery. Create an atmosphere that both patrons and employees enjoy while coordinating staff and utilizing management software. This role requires previous restaurant management experience, extensive food and beverage knowledge, and strong leadership skills. Required Qualifications
- Previous experience as a restaurant manager
