Job Summary
General Manager responsible for engineering, manufacturing, project management, and field installation for an engineered-to-order product line; accountable for division P&L and company-wide financials; leads a high-performance team and participates in the Executive Leadership Team to shape strategic direction; Drives safety, quality, on-time delivery, lean manufacturing, and cost reduction; collaborates with leadership to leverage synergies, develops project schedules, and manages resources; mentors and coaches managers across engineering and manufacturing; oversees budgeting, capital investments, and field service coordination; ensures effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders and supports staffing, recruitment, and performance management.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Capital Equipment manufacturing experience
- Strong ETO (Engineered-to-order) equipment experience
- Strong experience being a manufacturer for manufacturers
- 10+ years of experience in impactful management roles including, sales, project management, field and manufacturing management experience
- A bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or product management. MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
