General Manager - Mansfield DQ #58

Oversee entire restaurant operations, including financial performance, product production, inventory, personnel, sales, and marketing. Manage all areas of the restaurant to make final decisions on matters of importance while ensuring PRIDE systems and routines are incorporated into daily activities. Develop and achieve the location's game plan by working with the Director of Marketing, ensuring guest service meets company standards and resolving customer complaints promptly. Staff, train, and develop assistant managers and hourly employees through orientations, ongoing feedback, and performance reviews. Manage restaurant P & L to optimize profit by controlling COGS, labor, and controllables. Maintain a positive working relationship with all team members to foster a cooperative climate conducive to maximizing morale, productivity, and efficiency. Ensure the restaurant adheres to established company standards, policies, and procedures while building relationships with local chambers and schools to increase sales.
