Job Summary
General Manager for luxury properties responsible for day-to-day property management and leasing, including lease management, tenant relations, facility maintenance, contract management, marketing campaigns, and reporting. Requires overseeing budgeting, on-site staff supervision, vendor contracts, leasing/renewal activity, tours, and market analysis to meet budget goals while delivering excellent resident service. Must have 4+ years in property management/leasing (luxury preferred); strong communication, budgeting, and marketing acumen; familiarity with on-site operations and Yardi is a plus; must be able to work weekends as needed; authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four (4) years of property management and leasing management experience
- preferably in a luxury setting
- understands building operations, budgeting, market trends, marketing avenues
- proficient in understanding floor plans and layouts
- strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- authorized to work in the United States without any restrictions
- availability on weekends as needed
