Job Summary
General Manager responsible for overseeing park operations at Malibu Jacks in Owensboro, KY, including daily operations, staff management (up to 100 team members), cash handling, attraction supervision, strategy and growth planning, reporting (receipts, payouts, vendor invoices, and P&L considerations), customer service, marketing/promotion, facility standards, and cost management. Requires leadership, budgeting, finance, communication, and a focus on safety and process improvements to drive profitability and guest satisfaction. - Oversees hiring/training/resourcing with HR collaboration and ensures OSHA-compliant practices and policy adherence.
Required Qualifications
