Job Summary
General Manager for Malaysia and Singapore overseeing CSL Behring’s commercial affiliate operations to meet business objectives with full P&L accountability. Leads country teams across commercial, operations, R&D and enabling functions; drives in-market sales performance, market access, tender participation, product launches, and lifecycle management; ensures regulatory compliance and adherence to Code of Responsible Business Practice; builds high-performing teams, sustains distributor partnerships, manages budgets and resources, and fosters One CSL culture while coordinating with government bodies, hospitals, payers, and key stakeholders to deliver sustainable growth in MY/SG. Fluent English required; Malay preferred. MBA and 10+ years in healthcare/pharmaceutical commercial roles with leadership and multi-country experience are desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a scientific or business field; MBA preferred
- 10+ years' commercial experience in the healthcare/pharmaceutical industry, in senior sales and marketing roles preferably with P&L experience for a portfolio, country or region
- Experience managing teams in an international matrix environment
- Proven experience in strategic and tactical/brand marketing and sales management, in successful market access and new products launch
- Proficiency in English; Malay is preferred
