Job Summary
The General Manager will be responsible for the successful day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including hiring and staffing, training, and managing financials. Responsibilities include constant improvement of FOH operations, store-level recruitment, managing inventory, scheduling employees, and enforcing service standards. Ideal candidates should possess strong food and beverage knowledge, outstanding service skills, and a serious yet fun attitude towards their work. A strong work ethic and self-motivation are important, with a preference for candidates who have experience in large scale operations.
