Own site-level P&L results, including labor, revenue, expenses, and membership growth, while solving problems directly rather than escalating them. Hire, develop, and retain a winning team by recruiting, training, and conducting performance evaluations, while safeguarding the brand through every guest interaction. Make real-time operational decisions on staffing, priorities, and execution to drive long-term success and profitability. Manage chemical inventory, scheduling, and equipment maintenance, ensuring full compliance with legal requirements and safety protocols. Lead the team with a strong sales mindset to enhance guest experience and build future leaders.

- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies and procedures
- Ensure that safety and security are emphasized, practiced, and periodically reviewed
- Employees are trained in appropriate responses
- Lead the team with a strong sales mindset
- Drive performance and guest experience
- Participates in the hiring and training of hourly team members
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive
- Handles discipline and termination of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
