Job Summary
Lead the pre-opening and successful launch of the Kiotari Rhodes Hotel by managing all operational phases, validating the guest experience concept, and driving project milestones on time. Recruit and onboard the Executive Committee, establish a luxury service culture, and develop the pre-opening budget while ensuring commercial performance and operational excellence. This role requires extensive experience in luxury resort pre-openings, strong commercial acumen, and proven success in Greek island destinations. The position offers a key leadership role with strategic influence from the earliest stages, including a competitive remuneration package and performance-based incentives.

- Extensive experience in luxury resorts and villa operations
