Ensure full compliance with onboarding processes, safety regulations, and site standards through daily walkthroughs and script adherence. Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and manage payroll approvals and commission submissions. Create weekly schedules, oversee equipment maintenance, and foster membership sales through superior service.
