Job Summary
General Manager at LUV Car Wash will oversee all site operations including staff recruitment and training, safety and compliance, facilities management, customer service, and sales growth. Responsibilities include coaching and developing teammates, ensuring adherence to onboarding and training processes, managing payroll and commissions, budgeting and forecasting with the District Manager, conducting community outreach and marketing efforts, maintaining equipment, and resolving customer issues to drive membership sales and retention. Key skills include leadership, operational discipline, communication, scheduling, payroll accuracy, regulatory compliance, and strong customer-service orientation. Education options include HS Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s in business management or hospitality a plus); 3+ years of management experience preferred; industry experience in car wash or hospitality is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years management experience required
- Experience in car wash or automotive industry a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
