Job Summary
Recruit, train, and coach all teammates while ensuring compliance with onboarding and operational procedures. Partner with the District Manager to drive local volume, manage budget planning, and execute strategic community outreach. Oversee site safety, approve payroll, and maintain equipment through facilities coordination. Create weekly schedules, manage labor to company standards, and walk the site throughout shifts to enforce service protocols. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and retention efforts directly, guiding staff on sales scripts and procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, hospitality or related field
- Management in restaurants or hospitality
- Experience in car wash or automotive industry
