Job Summary
Recruit, train, and coach all teammates while creating a culture of accountability for operational procedures. Partner with the District Manager to drive local volume, manage budget planning, and execute strategic community outreach. Ensure full compliance with onboarding processes, safety regulations, and regulatory laws while overseeing payroll and commission submissions. Create weekly schedules, manage labor to site standards, and walk the floor to ensure efficient operations and superior customer service. Handle customer complaints, resolve issues with management, and maintain equipment through facilities coordination.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years management experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
Desired Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Bachelor's Degree in business management, hospitality or related field a plus
- Management in restaurants or hospitality is highly preferred
- Experience in car wash or automotive industry a plus
