Job Summary
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing restaurant team across FOH and BOH to uphold quality, safety, hospitality, and operational standards at Luna Grill. Oversee daily operations, scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost while driving continuous improvement and guest satisfaction. Partner with the District Manager on strategic initiatives and local priorities; hire, train, and develop staff and build bench strength; ensure a positive, inclusive culture and effective communication across teams. Requires 5+ years of restaurant management, strong leadership and problem-solving skills, bilingual preferred, and a high school diploma (AA preferred) with a valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain).
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience required
- High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
- Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
