Job Summary
Lead, coach and oversee daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH, partnering with District Manager to execute strategic initiatives and local priorities; manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and food cost while ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, safety, and hospitality; drive guest satisfaction and develop future leaders through hiring, training, and mentorship; strong communication and leadership skills with tech-savviness (POS, scheduling tools, MS Office) and P&L experience a plus; bilingual (Spanish) preferred and committed to an inclusive workplace culture.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of restaurant management experience preferred
- High school diploma required; A.A. degree preferred
- Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
