Job Summary

General Manager at Luna Grill leading both front-of-house and back-of-house operations across California, Texas, and Arizona. Responsible for hiring, training, scheduling, labor and inventory oversight, analyzing reports to drive improvements, and partnering with the District Manager to execute local priorities. Build a positive, inclusive culture, coach teams, ensure food quality, cleanliness, safety, hospitality, and guest satisfaction. Requires 5+ years of restaurant management, ability to lead FOH & BOH in a fast-paced environment, strong leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with POS systems and office tools. Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Valid Food Manager Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • High school diploma required; AA degree preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
  • Comfortable leading both FOH & BOH teams
  • Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills
  • Tech savvy: POS systems, scheduling tools, Microsoft Office; P&L experience a plus
