Job Summary
Ensure all business and personnel practices comply with laws and company policies while identifying strategies that maximize sales and profits. Implement an environment delivering consistent food quality, customer service, and satisfaction through sound judgment in decision-making. Provide leadership and motivation to management, staff, and employees to maintain organizational effectiveness, while developing favorable relationships to maximize morale and productivity. Adhere to all company policies and procedures as established in the Employee Manual. Attend community and industry-related meetings and events.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- 5 or more years experience in full service restaurant management capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Degree in hospitality, business management or related field
- ServSafe certified
- Basic knowledge of software programs (Ex. Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc)
