Job Summary
General Manager in Training at Life Time develops club leadership under the direction of the current GM or Senior GM. Responsibilities include assisting with overall club direction, operations, and financial performance; leading customer service, team relations, sales, and member participation; enrolling in Life Time Certification and completing on-the-job training; coaching 150–300 department managers and staff; presenting business plans, monitoring budgets, forecasts, and expenses; and acting as the club ambassador to deliver an exceptional member experience while supporting a high-performance team.
Required Qualifications
- HS Graduate or Equivalent
- 3 years of experience in the fitness, hospitality or retail industry
- 2 years of management experience
- Understanding of computer software such as Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent interviewing techniques
