Job Summary
Ensure 100% guest satisfaction by resolving concerns promptly and delivering exceptional service while overseeing food safety, quality, and cleanliness. Maintain optimal staffing levels, recruit and train crew members, and drive profitability through efficient inventory management and waste reduction. Execute local marketing initiatives to boost sales and ensure compliance with cash control and operational guidelines. Work 50 hours per week, including nights and weekends, with intermittent travel for training and regional support.
