Job Summary
General Manager oversees restaurant operations and directs the Management Teams through leadership of the Company’s Core Values. Responsible for achieving growth and profitability by directing activities to meet established goals, developing and coaching FOH/BOH teams, optimizing processes for higher ROI, ensuring brand standards, sanitation, and guest satisfaction, and leading Local Store Marketing to increase guest counts. Requires strong P&L, budgeting, and sales forecasting experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, TABC and Food Handler certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams while maintaining effective communication and team cohesion. Location: Dallas, TX; on-site management of restaurant operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Bachelor’s degree, or work history experience equivalent
- Must have TABC and Food Handler certifications
- Must have a valid driver's license and proof of vehicle insurance
- Must have strong P&L, budget, and sales forecasting experience
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to cope with pressure, multiple deadlines, and working under pressure
- Ability to develop high-performing, cohesive teams
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with fellow Team Members
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Possess the ability to motivate and maintain effective working relationships with all Team Members
