Job Summary
Oversee all daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service, and inventory management while driving sales growth and profitability. Lead, coach, and develop Assistant Managers, Shift Leaders, and Team Members to ensure compliance with food safety standards and brand excellence. Recruit, train, and retain a high-performing team while resolving guest concerns promptly and analyzing performance metrics to implement improvement strategies. Partner with district and corporate leadership to achieve business goals and maintain operational standards in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum age: 18 years
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 2+ years of successful management experience in restaurant or retail environments
- Proven experience supervising hourly and management-level employees
- Experience with scheduling, inventory, and cost controls
- ServSafe certification required or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to bend, squat, and perform repetitive movements
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Ability to work safely around kitchen and food preparation equipment
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable transportation
