Job Summary
General Manager will plan, implement, manage and control all operational activities of Little Caesars operations in Monroe, WA, overseeing restaurant operations including product production, inventory, personnel, sales, marketing and financial performance, and ensuring facility operates within established guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- A minimum of a High School Diploma
- Minimum 3 – Years management experience in a QSR restaurant facility
- Washington State Food Workers Card (prior to start date)
- Professional Food Safety Manager Certification (within 3 months of hire date)
- Must be able to work in and out of different temperature ranges
- Must be detail-oriented
- Must have excellent Customer Service and Employee Relations skills
- Must be able to perform under pressure in high volume situations
- DRESS CODE: Business Casual or Uniform required by QSR
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
