Job Summary
General Manager for Little Caesars responsible for operating the restaurant to company standards, leading a team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales, and profitability. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate orders within service time goals, training and evaluating staff, scheduling, food ordering and projections, maintaining cleanliness and equipment, implementing local store marketing events and promotions, managing paperwork and compliance, and driving reduce turnover through effective supervision and communication. Requires leadership, hiring and training, P&L familiarity, scheduling, inventory control, safety, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with customers and co-workers.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a management role
- Valid driverbs license
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Experience with Profit and Loss Statements
- Ability to lift up to 55 pounds; reach/move items from 6 feet to 6 inches
- Effective communication skills (reading, speaking, hearing, writing)
- Previous supervisory experience
- Ability to complete required training programs for certification
- Basic math skills
