Job Summary
Oversee all aspects of site operations, including financials, maintenance, customer relations, and process flow. Plan project schedules, budgets, and timelines while monitoring progress and providing updates to senior management. Recruit, hire, and train a skilled team, providing ongoing coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to assistant managers and crew members. Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient resource utilization and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Implement and enforce safety protocols, quality control measures, and operational processes to minimize risks and enhance productivity. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular inspections for maintenance needs, and manage project budgets to control costs and optimize wash expenses.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- 1- 2 years proven experience in site management, preferably in the car wash industry
- Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using project management software and MS Office
- Ability to work under pressure and meet labor goals, budgets, and deadlines
- A willingness to learn and be challenged daily
- Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. For extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling and turning
- Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary
