Job Summary
Manage day-to-day studio operations by implementing company strategies, delivering consistent customer service, and running reports on key performance indicators including sales, utilization, retention, and expenses. Develop local marketing initiatives to drive client acquisition, foster relationships with community influencers and corporate partners, and ensure timely responses to all client inquiries. Create and monitor class and staff schedules, maintain inventory for supplies and retail, and oversee hiring of instructors and studio leads while ensuring their career growth. Plan team meetings and social events to cultivate relationships within the studio. Complete the JETSET Pilates training program and instruct an average of 8 classes weekly while maintaining a minimum of 25 classes in the studio during class times. Drive studio performance on metrics like number of classes, utilization, first visits, and memberships.
