Job Summary
Lead the Hair Color Bar by establishing operational roadmaps, managing bookings and retail orders, and ensuring strict adherence to cleanliness, inventory, and security standards. Demonstrate technical mastery as a colorist while coaching staff on sales behaviors, guest service resolution, and performance metrics to drive monthly revenue goals. Own the full recruitment lifecycle from interviewing to onboarding, manage employee schedules based on forecasts, and step in for district support including remote training or on-site visits. Ensure all team members align with company values of Love, Joy, Trust, Courage, and Responsibility to deliver a top-tier guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active cosmetology license in the state in which you are applying
- 2+ years of salon and retail experience
- 2+ years of operational management experience
- 2+ supervising other team members and participating in hiring, training and scheduling
- Strong level of technical proficiency as a colorist
- Proven track record of exceeding key operational and performance metrics
- Fluency in English
- Availability on weekends, holidays and other peak times based on business needs
- Must be able to stand, walk for four plus consecutive hours
- Must be able to perform repetitive and regular bending and twisting at the waist
- Must be able to manipulate fingers and hands, bend and reach wrists and arms
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms or move up to ten pounds
- Must be able to occasionally sit, kneel, stoop, crouch, and lift, push, pull up to ten pounds
- Must be able to communicate regularly with guests via ongoing conversations and consultations
