Job Summary
Lead all aspects of site operations, including financial performance, employee engagement, and service delivery, to meet and exceed business objectives. Oversee Transportation and Warehouse teams, set clear priorities, and provide hands-on leadership to ensure efficient operations. Analyze financial and operational performance, conduct audits, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Establish performance expectations, foster a culture of accountability, and partner with Human Resources to recruit, hire, and retain top talent. Develop training programs to align teams with company standards, ensure compliance with timekeeping and payroll policies, and build strong relationships with external vendors. This role supports Temco Logistics' final-mile delivery mission for over 6,000 customers daily as a subsidiary of The Home Depot.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and/or logistics management
- Strong knowledge of the home appliance delivery and installation industry
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and driving operational success
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and time management abilities
