Job Summary
General Manager responsible for all resort operations at La Posada de Santa Fe, A Tribute Portfolio Resort & Spa. Lead luxury service culture, drive profitability, oversee budgeting/forecasting and revenue management, collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Spa, F&B, and Operations, mentor an executive leadership team, ensure brand compliance and exceptional guest experiences, build relationships with local community and ownership groups, and travel periodically for corporate initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager within a luxury, upper-upscale, or resort hotel environment
- Proven success leading full-service hotel or resort operations with strong guest satisfaction and financial performance results
- Marriott brand experience strongly preferred; Tribute Portfolio, Autograph Collection, Luxury Collection, or other lifestyle/luxury brand experience highly desirable
- Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving revenue growth, profitability, and market share
- Experience overseeing multiple revenue streams, including rooms, food & beverage, spa, events, and resort programming
- Exceptional leadership, communication, coaching, and team development skills
- Strong understanding of hotel financials, budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and asset management principles
- Passion for luxury hospitality, guest experience, and service excellence
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
