Job Summary
Lead the Korean affiliate with full P&L responsibility, delivering sustainable sales and profitability growth while developing and executing the local business strategy and five-year growth plan. Drive new business opportunities through strategic partnerships, strengthen market position with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, distributors, and government stakeholders, and ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Build and inspire a high-performing local leadership team, collaborate closely with Headquarters on regional initiatives, and advance the transformation toward a multi-brand and multi-channel model. Report to the VP APAC with full responsibility for the Korean business.
Required Qualifications
- University degree, preferably in Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field
- At least 10 years of leadership experience within the healthcare, dental or medical technology industry
- Proven success in general management with full P&L responsibility
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in business development, sales and organizational transformation
- Demonstrated ability to build high-performing teams and lead change
- Strong network within the Korean healthcare market and experience working with distributors, key customers and regulatory authorities
- Fluent Korean and excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to travel
