Job Summary
Lead and manage a team to create a positive, energetic environment for coaches and members while overseeing sales, operations, and customer experience. Oversee daily center functions by working closely with the Assistant GM, engaging with the community to grow class sizes, and recruiting, hiring, and training new coaches. Lead from the front by coaching 3–5 classes per week and maintaining a clean, organized facility with a hands-on mentality. This role requires availability for weekends and active participation in physical activities, with a base salary starting at $55,000 plus performance bonuses. KidStrong is expanding rapidly in the DC Metro area, offering comprehensive training and uncapped earning potential for leaders passionate about helping kids thrive.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in management, sales, customer service, or operations
- Must be available to work weekends
- CPR Certification
- First Aid Certification
- EpiPen Certification
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when needed
