Job Summary

Oversee center operations by analyzing KPIs and financials to drive business decisions, while managing daily maintenance, staff scheduling, and event promotion to maximize profitability. Lead coaching culture through recruiting, training, and evaluating coaches, ensuring adherence to the KidStrong curriculum and maintaining high standards for class quality. Deliver exceptional customer service to families by building relationships and managing inquiries, while personally coaching students in a physically intensive environment for approximately three to five hours weekly. Conduct call drives to manage leads and finalize bookings, reporting directly to HQ leadership and supervising the AGM and Lead Coach.

Required Qualifications

  • An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old
  • A passion for working with children
  • Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
  • Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
  • Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics
  • Previous experience in management
  • Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
  • Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
  • CPR certified
  • Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment
  • Must be able to lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 25 pounds in weight
  • The typical schedule includes 4 weekday and 1-weekend shifts

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
  • Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, and FranConnect
