Job Summary
Oversee center operations by analyzing KPIs and financials to drive business decisions, while managing daily cleaning, maintenance, and staff scheduling. Lead sales efforts through CRM call drives, event promotion, and booking finalization to maximize profitability. Foster a coaching culture by recruiting, training, and evaluating coaches, ensuring they deliver curriculum focused on brain, physical, and character development for children ages 15 months to 11 years. Conduct weekly leadership meetings, maintain flawless lead management, and build relationships with families to reduce attrition. Work a schedule of four weekday and one weekend shift, including approximately three to five coaching hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- An athletic and/or coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months - 11 years old
- A passion for working with children
- Achieve Coach Certification through the HQ Training and Certification team
- Complete training through LearnUpon as required by the HQ Training and Certification team
- Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians regarding a variety of topics
- Previous experience in management
- Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms
- Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise techniques, and body mechanics
- CPR certified
- Must be able to work in a physically intensive environment
- Must be able to lift and repeatedly move equipment up to 25 pounds in weight
- Must be able to work 4 weekday and 1 weekend shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a pediatric OT/PT
- Previous experience with systems and platforms such as ZenPlanner, LearnUpon, CareerPlug, ADP, and FranConnect
