General Manager

Manage the overall success of the hotel by coordinating process managers, hiring and leading the management team, and overseeing all lodging arrangements. Devise company policies, set up annual budgets, and present financial plans to the board while preparing departmental reports for performance reviews. Create and enforce business objectives, maintain quality standards according to LQA, and handle projects, renovations, and emergencies. Initiate activities to improve customer satisfaction and manage public relations with media and local governments.
