Job Summary
General Manager for Home Services (HVAC) in Kansas City, MO, responsible for leading daily operations and the full P&L ($50-$80M), driving growth, and partnering with senior leadership to implement technology solutions. Oversees finance, legal, and operational initiatives, leads business development including partnerships and M&A, and manages a high-performing team to achieve growth and operational goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred), 2-4 years in relevant operations/consulting/ corporate development roles, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work with blue-collar staff in physically demanding environments. Onsite role with compensation including base, bonus, and carry options.
Required Qualifications
