Job Summary
As General Manager for a luxury multifamily high-rise, oversee all aspects of community management including resident relations, team leadership, financial performance, and property maintenance. Lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and ongoing development of staff; manage resident concerns and events to foster a vibrant community; drive financial health through budgeting, financial reporting, NOI optimization, and accurate record-keeping. Must leverage strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in property management systems; CAM/IREM certifications are desirable. Requires a valid driver’s license and a commitment to equal opportunity employment and compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in the multifamily industry or related hospitality field
- Proven track record of leading a team of multifamily professionals (at least 2 years)
- Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in property management software and technology
- Valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months
